Serbian Product Community events are regularly photographed and, when announced in advance, may be photographed and/or recorded in video or audio format.

The purpose of such recording is to document the event, inform the community about SPC's activities and promote the community's work, including publishing materials on:

• the Serbian Product Community website;
• individual event websites;
• SPC's social media;
• our partners' channels;
• materials shared with event participants;
• other channels used to inform about the community's work and activities.

At events where recording takes place, participants will be informed in advance — through the event announcement, registration page, signage at the venue, or another appropriate means.

Photographs and video recordings of the general atmosphere, audience and group activities may contain participants' likenesses as part of the overall portrayal of the event.

When an individual is intentionally photographed or recorded as the central subject — for example during an interview, portrait, statement or specially organised shoot — we will seek to obtain appropriate consent or secure another suitable legal basis for such processing.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded in situations where it is possible to avoid such recording, you may contact a member of the organising team during the event or reach out to us afterwards via the contact listed in this Privacy Policy.

If you believe your photograph or recording has been published in a way that is not in line with your rights, you can contact us and request that we consider removing or limiting further use of the specific material.

Data may be accessible to:

• members and collaborators of Serbian Product Community who need it to organise activities;

• partners and co-organisers of a specific event when needed for its delivery;
• partners with whom we share photographs, video materials or other public materials from events;
